投稿摘要: Objectives: The Bureau of National Health Insurance (BNHI), Taiwan, has implemented the Global Budgets Payment System (GBPS) to control the health care expenditures since July, 2002. This policy significantly impacted the hospital operation and doctors’ prescription. This study is aimed to evaluate the impacts of the GBPS on the antibiotic prescription of the inpatients in a medical center in Taiwan.
Methods: This medical center in Taiwan joined the GBPS from January, 2006.
