投稿摘要: Introduction：the incidence of P. aeruginosa bacteremia,UTI and wound was increasing,cause?
Method：A surveillance of the cause of increasing incidence of P. aeruginosa bacteremia,UTI and wound. The incidence was expressed as cases/100,000 patient-days (CP)
Result：The incidence of Pseudomonas infection was increasing in recent years,in bacteremia (13 CP in year 2004;26 CP in 2007;37 CP in 2011), in urinary tract infection and in wound.The same P.aeruginoas strain was isolated from all the liquid soap separated from the same soap bottle in 17 individual ward and from the hands of care-worker after hand washing. Decreaseing P.aeruginosa infection was noted after stopping separation.
Conclusion：P. aeruginosa easily contaminate soap and separating soap in not suggested.
