投稿標題(英): Improve Employee Infection Control Training Courses Quality Project

投稿摘要: The purpose was to improve satisfaction for the training courses, hand hygiene audit effectiveness and reduce the infection rate by changing training methods.We propose the following ways: (1)Videos teaching; (2)Increased sessions; (3)Interactive real-time feedback system; (4) Strengthen audit.
The results: (1)Satisfaction of courses achieve the target goals(85%); (2)Hand-washing compliance rate was only slightly increased; (3)The infections density reach a predetermined target value of 2‰.
It is hoped that new education will contribute to our growing understanding of the course, people have the concept of disease prevention, and to achieve the purpose of health promotion.
