投稿摘要: The major serotypes were 23 (23%), 14 (18%) and 6 (17%). Childhood were most infected by serotype 14(25%), 6(22%), 23(18%). Resistance rates were as followed: erythromycin, 88.3%; penicillin, 68%; cefotaxime, 35 %; and ceftriaxone, 36 %. Multiple drug resistance was associated with predominant serotypes of 23 (90%), 14 (92%), 6 (92%), 9 (100%), and 19 (100%). The 23 valent-pneumococcal vaccine can include 97.4% isolated pneumococcal strains.
