投稿摘要: Back ground:
The important policies for prevent antibiotic-resistant bacteria strains include effective isolations of pathogens and avoid outbreaks from environmental contamination . Hence, label and monitor cases with resistant bacteria infection or colonization by computer programs assist infection-control nurse to implement varies measures of infection controls immediately, understand the daily trend of resistant rates and pathogens in each wards, and improve the efficiencies and qualities of infection control monitor processes.
Methods
1. Establish isolative items in hospital computer programs on September 2013. For a better rate of bed occupied, the isolations are divided into two sections, include a) cohort or negative pressure and 2) right on the spot. The ward and reasons of the isolative patients are recorded.
2. Analyze diseases and pathogens of patients with cohort or right on the sport isolation.
