請教各位前輩:胸內醫師問支氣管鏡須定期作TB culture 監測嗎?目前國際及國內醫院的實施情況為何? 謝謝!
依據美國CDC:不建議對醫院環境及病人照護用勿進行常規性微生物監測。除非臨床或流行病學發現與內視鏡檢有關，才進行相關之微生物檢測(細菌培養)，並癌你感管計畫及依檢測結果執行感控管措施。
