親愛的學妹
其實都是出自 WHO網站 只是出版發表年度有前後，所以會有兩個版本讓您感到困擾，醫策會會參考 WWW.WHO.INT/PATIENT SAFETY 2005年版本，CDC也是參考WHO 資料 是比較新的版本 2006.10 version 1 及2009.5 最新的WHO Guideline on Hand Hygiene in Health Care settings ，原則是不衝突的 ，例如以前的七大時機 有脫除手套後 在新的版本五大時機裡有接觸病人後，意思是差不多的 ，思考一下我們在臨床有的人會帶手套接觸病人 所以新的版本是更強調 接觸病人後 也就是脫除手套後 一定要洗手。
新版本 只是把以前七大時機簡化成五大時機，方便臨時工作人員宣導記憶，不知我如此解讀您是否同意， WHO 上手部衛生有很教材下載 當成院內手部衛生種子人員的教材，例如五大時機何時？臨床工作人員執行哪個動作時須洗手，可以院內演話劇演練啦 ，
