各位前輩:
請問在執行on CVP時對於是否要縫線固定有無相關的文獻可以依據?目前因要執行第二次CVP bundle的改善措施.該項一直有所爭議.煩請提供前輩們的意見 感恩

有關Catheter Securement Devices「導管的固定裝置」
在2011年版的 Guidelines for the prevention of Intravascular catheter - Related Infections 中有提到
Use a sutureless securement device to reduce the risk of infection for intravascular catheters [105]. Category II
導管不要以縫線固定，以減少中心導管相關血流感染風險[105]（Category-II）。
